Welcome to Yogazoneall Fitness Classes. By enrolling in our programs, participating in classes, or using our services, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before joining.
All participants must complete registration and payment before attending any Yogazoneall class. Memberships, class passes, or subscriptions are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member. Yogazoneall reserves the right to request proof of identity to verify membership.
All fees must be paid in advance. Payments are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances determined by Yogazoneall management. Unused sessions or expired packages cannot be extended or refunded. Prices and offers may change at any time without prior notice.
By joining Yogazoneall, members confirm that they are physically fit and free from any medical conditions that may prevent safe participation. It is the member’s responsibility to consult a physician before beginning any fitness program. Yogazoneall and its instructors will not be liable for injuries, accidents, or health issues that may occur during or after classes.
Members are expected to respect instructors, staff, and fellow participants at all times. Disruptive behavior, misuse of facilities, or violation of rules may result in termination of membership without refund. Appropriate attire must be worn during all classes.
Yogazoneall reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances, public holidays, or instructor availability. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to notify members in advance. Members are advised to check updated schedules regularly.
Yogazoneall is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought into the premises. Members are encouraged to keep valuables secure and use designated storage spaces provided.
All equipment and facilities must be used with care and only as instructed. Damage caused by negligence or misuse may result in additional charges or suspension of membership.
Yogazoneall may update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of any changes.
